A fine collectable set of all three volumes of the numbered Passage trilogy published by Cemetery Press. This was the first trilogy that I ever read all the way through and they are from my personal collection. They do, indeed, tell a captivating story. If you have read the series, you would most certainly understand why it was so difficult to translate to film and TV. The movie deal fell through early on. The rights were picked up and eventually made it to a short lived tv series titled after the first book in the series, The Passage. It left something to be desired for sure. The books are outstanding. Even more outstanding is the fact that this was Cronin’s first published novel. The set consists of The Passage (numbered 638), The Twelve (numbered 17), and City of Mirrors (numbered 133). All are unread.
