A good SIGNED and INSCRIBED copy of Dr. Anderson's 1979 contribution to the difficult study of an organized crime family. Dr. Anderson is a research fellow emerita at the Hoover Institution. From 1981 to 1983, she was associate director for economics and government with the US Office of Management and Budget. She has also advised the governments of Russia, Romania, and the Republic of Georgia on economic reform (hoover.org). 192 pages. Pages are toned but unmarked and top edge has some light foxing. Jacket has foxing on the back and two small punctures on the spine. A .25-inch tear repaired on the bottom edge. The red cloth covered boards have light edge wear. A very good copy in a fair dustjacket.
